Sviatibor is an Atmospheric Metal duo based in Albi, France. Originally launched as a solo project from 2013 to 2018, it quickly gained recognition for its prolific musical output, allowing the artist to refine his style and release work through several labels including Deivlforst Records, Endless Decrepitude Productions, and SoundAge Productions.

In 2019, founder Thomas Hornstein decided to elevate Sviatibor to a professional level. He signed with Flowing Downward for the release of a new album, Secrets Of The Land, and welcomed Léo Appaix (drums) into the project to bring the music to the stage. Over time, Léo became a vital part of the creative process and a defining force in the project’s identity.

Sviatibor’s music is a vast and contemplative epic, evoking a sense of journey, wisdom, and power. Layers of orchestration and soaring electronic passages create a near-sacred atmosphere, immersing the listener in a timeless realm where past and present merge.

 

Thematically, Sviatibor draws from universal pagan motifs such as the cyclical vision of life and death, ancestral transcendence, communion with Nature, and the search for a lost humanity through ancient spirituality.

Live shows are enhanced by a meticulous approach to lighting design, delivering a deeply intense experience for both the band and the audience.

After years of preparation and the release of their latest EP "Primal Flame Inheritance", the band completed its first concert series between 2022 and 2024, and is now actively seeking opportunities to perform across France and beyond.

​

Sviatibor is currently working on the production of their next album, slated for release around 2027. The band promises a monumental opus—rich in emotion, musical composition, and audio production (labels, feel free to get in touch !)
